ah i had this problem this week!!!

its the idle speed control. perhap your is dirty? coz mine are and that why my car shake n vibrate while sitting in traffic!!

get your car buk in at your local garage n get your idle speed control look at and clean! should only be a 30mins job for the garage to do if it only need a clean.

hope that help m8.

i Rear engine gearbox mount the main culprit
ii leaky exhaust (causes vibration - really!)
iii leaky exhausts can be caused by i
iv misfire (dodgy plugs/leads/coil)
v something in the engine bay catching the bulkhead transmitting noise
vi loose exhaust (check mounts, especially 'u' bracket at front)

Gives you something to go on anyway!! Good luck.

Don't do 80mph the speed limits 70! LOL
Seriously try getting the wheels rebalanced as you may have had a weight fall off

can't be the engine mounts got them changed age's ago or the exhaust that broke off allready changed it for s/s peco one.
Better try the idle speed control? :)
