Technical Vehicle Inspection in Spain: Emissions Results

A few days ago I went in for the vehicle inspection. It's the third inspection due for my Panda Cross, as it's already 8 years old. Everything is working correctly, so I went in confident of a favorable result.
I just wanted to share that in the inspection two years ago, under "emissions: opacity," the result was 0.50. This year, the result was 0.00. Just a month ago, I added a bottle of injector cleaner additive to the diesel tank.

By the way, it's now possible, at least in Spain, to install H4 LED bulbs in the Panda (>2012). It already appears on the Osram list of compatible vehicles: the car's headlights should have code E3 2930. I'll be buying them soon.

I am moving to Spain soon and bringing my panda with me. Interesting to know about the LED H4 lamps. I might fit those if allowed and can find ones that don’t cause an canbus error. I will have to get through the ITV test and get a vehicle conformity inspection I think to get my plates. Hopefully won’t be too bad!

According to the Osram document, the H4-LED SMART and H4-LED START do not cause a canbus error, so it is not necessary to install any additional accessories.

Great thank you. I might get it through its ItV first and then pop them in. I will be living in a very rural area and we get a lot of wild boar so any additional lighting is helpful

By the way, I forgot to mention that the "particulate filter cleaning in progress" light was on throughout the inspection, and fuel consumption increased to 8.9 liters. Yet the result was 0.0.

Have you considered adding these whistles? I don't know if they're really effective. I also frequently drive secondary roads and have had several "encounters" with deer and wild boar... both during the day and at night....
