Hold on!!! What?? A vauxhall owner?? WTF? When? And more importantly why? What happened to your balls?

I saw pictures awhile ago and it is a nice looking car. The new Ford look I think looks rubbish! Most Mondeos over here are Garda cars and they also have Vectras. Mondeos aren't that popular over here with most people going for the Focus.

There is a lot of competition in this sector of the market, the new Mazda 6 is a very good car and also has the looks, you also have the new Audi A4 which I think has priced itself out of the market over here, new Laguna does seem quite popular over here especially over the old model, BMW etc..

The vectra is incredibly boring inside, haven't seen cabin shots of the Insignia but hopefully its some way decent! I hate the Vauxhall logo, much prefer the Opel one we have!

It's a good car to look at , and like the current Mondeo it seems a huge jump over it's predecessor.

They are nice inside but felt a bit more cheap and plasticky than that picture would suggest and I prefer the new Citroen C5 estate for styling both inside and out.

i knew there would be one person out there somewhere that thought the C5 is better looking, but i honestly never imagined i would ever communicate with that person unless i was admitted to an institution. the internet is a truely wonderful thing.

How is that an ugly car , inside or out?

I like the Insignia though it's very American in styling , but would prefer a C5 based on looks alone , and having sat in both of them the C5 feels better screwed together.

the lights are what ruin it for me. both the front and rear lights cant decide if they want to be on the front/back or the side. it is easily the best looking citroen ever made (defo an audi wannabe) but its still not what i would call a good looking car.

Latest Fiats have improved and are continuing to, but new Citroens are just rubbish...totally and utterly rubbish!!

The C2 is a hateful piece of crap and I realy dislike the C3 as well , but the C1 is a real hoot to drive.

The C4 and C4 Picasso look ok though wouldn't be my first choice.

The new C5 is in a completly different league though. It's a huge improvement over their other cars and well worth a look if you want a big family car. Depreciation is an issue so I wouldn't think about buying new , but 12 month old ones will be a cracking buy.

If it's possible for Fiat to change why can the same not be said about Citroen?

C2 looks terrible and is so cheap..sounds like a tin can when you close the door, its small and has only 4 seats!! C3 :yuck: C4 again is cheap and nasty, interior quality is terrible. I can't go on the new C5 but the old C5 was a comfortable ride but thats it!!

The same could be said for Citroen, if change had taken place but in my opinion it hasn't!

Yep , I wouldn't have bought an old C5 either , but next time you spot a Citroen dealer go and have a look at the new one.

I reckon you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Anyone who thinks Citroen are rubbish should go and have a look at the new C5 and the C6 :worship:. I've owned a couple of BX's, I would be the first to admit build quality was below average but ride comfort and performance were well above average.

I think the new Vauxhall looks really good but, that badge:yuck:, why can't they change it, use the Opel badge instead. There is something soo negative about that badge, put a Saab or Fiat badge on the same design and I would love it, maybe I am a badge snob but loads of people I know think the same way.
