I know it's not italian but........

I got to drive an Evo VIII last night :D

Was really nice except it didn't feel anything or look that special but as soon as your right toe goes down

Worth the 18grand he paid! Dunno why it was that cheap btw!

But don't worry would still prefer a Delta! Lol

Apparantly so.... I'll ask him again later to make sure i didn't miss hear him....

He said no more performance cars since then he had

A Spec-R tuned EvoVI
A Noble m12 (i think)
Which he part-x for an Exige plus ££££'s
Now another Evo

Think he's making up for something?!? Lol

I would have personally stopped at the Noble M12 or the Exige. (y)

Gonna go see him now as i'm bored see if he'll scare me sh!tless down some lanes or something. Lol

Since we're on the non-italian topic........

I've recently had a spin in an Audi TT 3.2 V6 Twin Turbo with paddle shift

Absolute flying machine, scared the **** out of me!!!!!

But what a car............

WR- Around a car park :D

But i wasn't insured so fair enough to the guy for even letting me do that (y)

That's his old evo

Very jealous M8, but true 18k??
Remember that there is not just one Evo 8.
They range from the 260 through to the 340. Mitsubishi are deep in the brown and smelly so have cut prices to try and sell more. Bit of bugger when I am trying to sell my Warrior and the new ones are £2000 cheaper than I paid for mine.

Cheers

D

the only mitsubishi ive driven was the fto which was quick but nothing to write home about, id love to drive an evo though  lucky git

The fastest thing ive ever driven is a merc s55 amg and i was too scared to drive that fast because i couldnt afford to repair that if i crashed it lol :D
V.nice car but not sure if its worth its £90k price tag

At Thruxton they do a track day where you can drive various cars, including an F1 car (not sure which) and a Murcieligo (spelling?), but you only get a few laps in each. There are a few other lower spec cars as well, plus you get a few laps as a passenger with a pro driver taking you round in one of them. I think it's about £330 for the day.
