Technical Usb upgrade

Hello, I want to upgrade the usb in the middle top dash cradle, I'm trying to remove the plastic tray it's mounted in, can get the back clips free using trim tools but the front seems either screwed in or just really tight fitting tabs.
Has anybody any idea how to pop it out or have managed to remove it, thanks in advance.

Fyi it's screwed in , remove radio, remove screw holding vents in place, remove vents , then remove 3 screws at the front , 2 at the back , although the rear ones broke free
