Urgent - Seat Help

Last night when leaning to the left my seat would drop down, like there was something wrong with the vertical lift system. So i took the seat out this morning to have a look, and what looks like a damper feel out.

Could someone take a picture of undernether their drivers seat for me so i could see where this goes.

This happened to my HGT.

The "crowns" have snapped on the height adjustment and the seat is VERY unsafe.

It took the Fiat technician about 4 hours to fix mine after waiting a week for the parts to be ordered. All done under warranty and a pisser of a job by all accounts.

Thats excellent cheers mate!!! You didnt need to take the seat out, just sticking the camera underneth would of done .

Got it sorted not, the bar that links both sides had broken off at one end (god know how, im not that heavy ) so bit of welding and its back together now.

No problem Cammy the seats are already out as i've put seats from another car in mine so if you need the sub frames or if anyone needs the sub frames let me know as there only going in a skip when i get the chance to go to the tip.
