URGENT HELP NEEDED - instrument stalk

Ive had a problem with my headlights, and have found that its due to a bad connection in my stalk controls.

Rather than try and repair it my mechanic has told me to just go pick up another from a scrappy. Its a matter of urgency as im due to set off tonight for a few days away, and dont fancy going down the motorway without working headlights. lol.

my question is, will the stalk of any other model fit the 1.8 bravo? eg will a Brava 1.2 instrument stalk fit a 1.8 Bravo? I have the opportunity to go pick one up soon and have it fitted if it does.

Any help would be much appreciated.

lol i reckon so, but dont want to go pick up the part just in case its wrong and doesn't connect for some reason.

just in case anyone ever has a problem with their stalks, just to confirm:

Stalks for bravo's are all the same and will fit, but make sure if you get them from a scrapyard that they are from a model with airbag (i think all bravo's have them), and headlight washers, if yours has them that is.
