Technical Urgent Front Bumper Help Needed!

I need to remove the front bumper from my Mk1, in order to remove an awkward bracket, in order to remove something else.

Problem is, the captive nuts (rivnuts?) in the front wings are spinning.
Access is limited, and screwdrivers, pliers and mole grips haven't helped.

Any suggestions?

chisel and hammer to cut the head of the bolt off..?

cause its always fun to take a hammer to your pride and joy lol
