Looking very tidy! keep an eye out for a turbo engine if i were you! looks almost too nice for the engine you've got in it? :) think i've seen turbo engines go quite cheap before? maybe get it how you want then in a year or so drop the turbo engine in?
Wheels must of taken you ages to spray with all those spokey bits

Serviced the uno on sunday night :)
Needs a little body work only bits that annoy me lol.
Tyres need fitting and probs put on some spacers on the front thinking 3mm to stop rubbing on full lock thenn mot time

ohh yess :D please do hah:p
Well first im going to see how long itis till im bored with the pidly engine, which i guarantee not long

Once you get in a turbo youll be like "Why didnt i get one sooner!?" lol

You could convert yours easy with a rotton mk2

Im sure ace cafe is this thursday?

How long is it till you going for your test? I see you're in bedford, might have to arrange a mini-meet sometime, good luck anyway

Oh, was just going to be the voice of reason and sense!, when i passed my test at 17, if i had a turbo i would of died, or at least injured someone, and for that matter at 18 aswell, i started off with a heavy peugeot 306 1.4 (very underpowered), kept that for a year, then got a fiesta si 1.6 16v, to me with 90bhp that thing was fast (hah), then back to another peugeot 306 this time 1.6 (still underpowered), and it was during my time with that i realised it wasn't ALL about the top end speed or the acceleration.
Now i have the uno turbo i feel i dont need to drive everywhere (between traffic lights etc) at 200mph! - So im saying stick with smaller engine at least for a year, because in that first year you're going to see/have so many near bumps/crashes you'll be glad of it.

Just to give you a guide aswell, i'm only 21, got the uno turbo at 20, it was £800 third party fire and theft to insure with 2years ncb, then at 21 (last oct) i renewed it was £600 3 yrs ncb. (through Admiral - who i have found to be quite cheap in comparisons).

Hth a bit.

Oh and first car - my peugeot 306 1.4, with alarm etc, insurance 3rd party was £1300.
Shocking. this country takes the pish.

got a few okish quotes with my dad on the poilcy  still alot for a slooww arse 1L

anyway i got my toyos fitted, but i was looking, One of them is onn back to front  so now gots to take them back and see if they can change it round if not, will have to have both of the toyos on the drivers side :p
