Technical Universal Lambda

As previous thread, I think my lambda is on the way out. What do you all think of universal sensors? They are half the price. Also do I need 3 wire or 4?

ive used them with no problems.probably 4 wire but easily checked if you pull back the sheathing on the OE lambda and count the wires

have heard people have loads of trouble with them, better off getting one from a scrappy for a tenner imo

on early cat/lambda cars the universal ones are fine. but more modern cars have less tolerance to universal lambdas. i wouldnt use one.
