Technical Uconnect My Remote not fully working

My fiat app has been working fine for the year I have had it but the services recently expired. I decided that My Remote contained all the services I wanted so purchased a year but 2 features are not working, charge level just shows the charge level I had when the services ran out and does not update despite showing a message saying it has been updated. Also Vehicle Finder does not work on demand but does update by itself. Has anyone had similar issue and found a solution?

I think the solution is to go to your FIAT dealer and get them to contact FIAT UK to sort out the issue.

I contacted customer support via email and maybe they did something or maybe its just a coincidence but everything started working as it should. Took 3 days from purchasing the subscription, maybe there is just a delay.
