Technical Two washer bottles?

I’ve been asked why someone’s 500 diesel has two washer bottles and I said it doesn’t.

I’ve then been sent the picture of what appears to be another washer bottle just in front of the battery.

I’ve googled it and seen pictures of a twin air also with this extra bottle.

Anyone shed any light on this strange phenomenon?

Head light washers system?

Tony at factory ordered too many washer bottles and covered up by specifying two bottled per car till stocks fell to normal levels?

She sent me a video. She has Xenons with funky electric bits that come out and squirt. Mystery solved.

The windshield wiper fluid is in one location only, for the all engines (TwinAir/TwinAir+, MultiAir, MultiAir Turbo, 1.4 100HP, 1.2, 1.3 Mtjd), all on the passenger side (LHD) of the car (cap color can be yellow or blue). Strangely, it seems to be that the 1.4 8v Evo Flex has it in a completely different spot.

If you have Xenon driving lights you have to have headlight washer system too.
They have put another washer bottle for that.
The windshield wiper fluid bottle is quite small so it would be empty quite fast if both systems used only that. Though headlight washers work only with about every five times when you use windshield washer system.
