General Tutela Technyx or Matryx ?

Maybe 'T' or Numan can advise me.

I want to change the gearbox oil on a 1.4 16 valve G. Punto sporting.

The handbook recommends either Tutela Car Technyx or Tutela Car Matryx.

However it seems that Technyx might have a higher spec, cost a bit more but be better.

Can either of ya offer some of your unique expertise.

Just out of intrest. Why?

5/6 speed petrols and 5 speed 1.3 mJets take Technyx

All other multijet/gearbox combinations (1.3/1.6/1.9) take Matrix.

There's no difference in quality, it's purely down to the lubrication requirements of the gearbox.
