As for meeting point.

I'm personally thinking Northampton Services on the southbound side, for those heading north you can still get onto the southbound services. Silverstone is then less than 30minutes

Do you have a time and the name of the services please ? i do have a habit of getting lost !! :bang: and before all the smarty wotsits jump on my age, its not that, nor the mileage, its the amount of owners thats done it :yum:

Gates open at 7am,

So would suggest meeting at 7am at NORTHAMPTON SERVICES (Southbound) at Junc15A for the A43 (Silverstone). Pretty sure those traveling north can leave at junction15a and go under the motorway and drive as if rejoining the southbound carriageway and can get back onto the Southbound services. Maybe Stu DemonD can confirm this as he has more local knowledge

Then leave the services and convoy down. This will take 20mins. Excluding time for ChrisUK and blu73 to annoy any chav with the turbos

Edit: as Dave has pointed out below gates for show cars open at 7. So moved meet time accordingly. It's going to be an early one

Well I've found the leak. There's a little coolant pipe going from the thermostat to the water inlet on the turbo, got a huge split in it .

Let the hunt for a new one begin .

Yes, you can access both services from 15a without having to use the motorway, so plenty of scope for you.

The circuit is then just around 10 miles from there
