Aye was a good stand position. Puntomk2 and FF right next to each other aswell

I missed it aswell but down in the pit area they were saying that is what happened.

Had a good day at this one, good to meet some new people aswell as some of the usuals!
Was a good job the rain cleared up just after lunch time, and our stand had a really good view of the track!

No all you get is a safety brief. Tape up your headlights, cover your arms, wear a helmet, indicate to the right when letting faster cars through blah blah etc.

He was referring to Emma's Dad who knows a thing or two about driving competitively and was in passenger seat

Yes she loved it and I am sure would like to do some more on a dry track without masses of BTTC rubber laid down on it from week before making track super slippy once water sits on top of it, makes it almost like ice, much more slippery than road in rain for example.

And well she has her own helmet now so best make use of it

To Dave,

We headed off to watch F1 which turned out to be an exciting and controversial race all in one. As we live in Towcester we were home with cup of tea and cake within about 5 mins of leaving. When we saw weather was drying up half thought about coming back, but then saw Super Bikes was on and ended up watching that instead!

that black mk2 with a saxo kit on was nice

That was our stand organisers mate. His car was in getting its piggy back redone and the garage couldnt get it finished in time hence why he came down in a saxo.
