Technical Transmission Problem

Actually i have a problem with my car’s transmission in the 5th gear my car turn on the transmission check light and then the gear didn’t work i already checked with obd scanner there is a code p1d75 but I don’t know the solution please help me out if any one knows about it the problem begins after changing the transmission fluid I don’t know what to do now

What have you tried?

The code appears to be for shift actuator position error or sensor error.
