Technical transmission - gearbox oil

I bought Tutela ZC 75 (2 litres) as transmission oil for my Marea 1.6, following what I read in another thread for an old Bravo. Can people please confirm that oil is correct?

Also, how do I go about filling up the gearbox with the new oil please (and how much)? (The gearbox was drained after I removed to driver's side driveshaft to replace the boot of a inner CV joint...)

I tried looking into the manual but could not find the relevant section.

There is big allen plug in the front of box, just set it level. Any 75w-90 should do, it is not a complex box.
