Track display via Memory Stick

Hi all,
I'm using a Memory Stick to play my tracks and it works fine.However,the CD/Radio Display just says "Media Player" when I'm using the USB port.
Question: Is it possible,when using a Memory stick, to display the tracks being played on the CD/Radio display?

The cd/radio unit on mine also displays 'media player'.
Track titles are shown on the dash multi function display.

It interupts the milage/consumption/date or whatever I have on for a few seconds. It's alos here that selections are made.
