Hey guys, trying to get my cento back on the road after a few years break. Still trying to sort the same issue of a misfire on part throttle but now able to actually get live data from it. For some reason the tps seems to be reading in reverse so it starts at 11 degrees then goes down to nearly 0 where the misfire happens then pings back to 20ish degrees. With the sensor unbolted I've found it will read a full sweep up to 110 degrees but only if you turn it in the opposite direction to the way it would normally turn.
I'm guessing this is just the wrong sensor as it was one of the first things I replaced when I was trying to sort the problem last time but it was listed as being for a seicento 1.1. I'm not sure if the mpi and spi sensors operate in different directions and I've happened to order the wrong one or if something else weird has gone on but either way something ain't right and I'm going to need a different sensor. Does anyone have the part number for an spi 1.1 tps or is anyone able to point me in the right direction if its something I've managed to mess up lol
