I think the Police are scared to do anything because they ALWAYS get slayed in the media even when they are doing a good job within their rules.

If this were Egypt, Syria or wherever I wouldn't like people rioting and destroying stuff, but I could understand the anger. But in Egypt they didn't go destroying their own cities now did they?
Lets be clear here. The middle east riots were to overthrow dictatorships well in to their 40th year of power, huge oppression against the natives, corruption amongst the police and the law itself. They didn't destroy their own stuff, they peacefully protested and were fired upon by the very people supposed to be looking after them.
This is just a snowball effect of some troublemakers causing damage to property and looting. Once others see there is no punishment to had, no police to stop them, they think 'Ach **** it, I'll go and grab mesen a 42" telly for nowt!'

But what I meant is, there are too many people that go round burning poppies and painting burkas on advertisments for this country to truly be what it was back then. That is all. End of.
But when you feel like a foreigner in your own country in certain areas around where I live...you get what I mean. So chill out.
Also, when you live some where for so long, you do feel a sense of ownership for that place. And sometimes, just sometimes, you feel like you have to protect that place rather than welcoming others to it. I am not talking about england, im talking about where I live. Though you probably wouldnt have that feeling, as your an immigrant

However im just comparing to a 1940s england. Where there were rock solid communities that would support each other through anything. Okay
@ChrisUk: you are perfectly correct. I have researched statistics prior to this and do know for a fact there are more 'white english' in this country. Its just certain areas where It feels quite opposite.
For the record, I have a huge interest in other races/religions/groups of people whatever. I am not targetting or criticising anything here. However, recent studies show that 9/10 people are irritated by immigratioin at times, I am just a statistic. Not a racist

The thing is though this isn't being done out of anger, it's being done because they can, and they don't believe they will be stopped.
It's like a baby child in a room full of chocolate and no adult supervision.
Until there's a crack down then this won't stop. Expect much more rioting...sorry looting and general bad behaviour tonight, in many cities across the UK.

Fortunately I live somewhere with just a bargain booze, a one stop, a chippy, a vets and a post office. They would get bored after ten minutes and bugger off
