Torque Setting Fiat Brava

This is for my grandad, he needs to know othe torque setting of a Fiat Brava P Reg 1400 valve, any help would be much appreciated, he doesn't have a manual, unfortunately

The manual gives a torque for every nut and bolt on the car.
