if i wire the fan permanatly to the battery will this make the car run too cold esspecialy not winters comming on.

Maybe... but it will DEFINITELY flatten the battery! :eek:
 
just short the sensor out , it will be on permanent when the ignition/engine is on.
Dont ask where to do this on the multi ive not had to do it on this car but better to run cool and pay a little more on fuel than blow a gasket.
 
Or wire it through a switch on the dashboard and use only when needed. But then you'd need to keep an eye on the temperature indicator bars...

I've done this on a few Yamahas, but they have proper temp guages.

JTDman if i could find the sensor to short it out in the first place id'e put a new one on, as im thinking this is the problem in the first place. ;)
 
Try the blue sensor on the thermostat housing sorry if you allready have , i dont read all the posts here just pop in and out every now and then.
