Technical Tipo 1.4 easy dash cam hardwire

Hi can anyone help with hardwiring a mirror dash cam, it's already fitted using cigarette lighter point. Just need help with the best fuse points to tap into for positive always on and in with ignition for the hardwire thanks

I think I used one of the window fuses these switch off as soon as you open the door after turning the engine off

Thanks what did you use for the always on power to supply the parking mode for the dashcam

I didn't mine doesn't have 2 separate power feeds
Wasn't aware that was even a thing tbh

I think the left hand row of fuses where permanent feeds if I remember right but not 100% of thay

Here I fit a Nextbase dash cam to my Tipo. I have fitted one before, hardwired in my old Volvo, so the plan was to hardwire this one. But, the fuse box is behind the glove box and even once the tabs inside have been taken out, it hardly opens; The fuses are further obscured by a metal plate...

Try this the hard wire version works well with nextbase hard wire kit.

after dismantling the light in the headliner, you have a hidden harness (blue-white wire if I remember correctly) in which +12 appears when you turn the key.
