hi ya!! just wonna know if the punto active sports comes with back window tinted. wanted to peel off all the tint back not sure if the back tinted by fiat company or modified?

If factory fitted it won't be a film you can remove. Hope this helps.

If its not factory fitted DONT try to remove it as the heated rear window elements are "printed" on the inside of the glass and peeling the tint will probably damage the elements even peel them off

Good point, always paranoid when removing dealer stickers etc which have gone over the elements

me too, hate the "DIXONS AUTO CENTRE" & "CAR OF THE YEAR 2004" stickers in the rear window but heater is working fully and they cover the bottom 3 elements, not worth the risk of trying to remove. it if bothers you that much OP then get a hammer smash the glass and pay the £80 glass excess - ooops did i just say that ? thats naughty :devil: not a good idea

I'd try drying the glue out of the sticker first
To see if it saves damaging the elements
But tints is a kettle of fish i'd leave alone
Always could get a matching colour donor boot lid without tinted glass

easy way to find out if its aftermarket tint,
take 3rd brake light off its aftermarket film you will see the edge of the tint ,
