Can anyone help please 2008 1.9diesel how to set timing up from scratch brought replacement engine didnt have cambelt on it have replaced water pump have lined up timing marks where i thought they should be put cam belt on turned manualy but only got half a turn before it feels like it locks up anyone possibly point me in right direction thanks in advance
