timing chain

Hi guys!
Does anyone have any ideea if the chain of 1.3 multijet diesel engine is changeble.
Anyone ever changed it?
I have a 2007 punto with 175 000 km ,it has the original distribution and it runs great but i wonder if i should change it.

175,000km is about 110,000 miles. Personally, I would change the chain because they do fail. The valves have easily replaced soft rockers (that bend" so structural damage is unlikely. However, a worn flailing chain can rub into the engine block putting debris into the oil system.

It's much cheaper to replace the chain, tensioner and guides than have it fail.
