Time to buy my 1st code reader - advice ?

Hi , as Title,
I'm about to take the plunge and get my 1st code reader,
needs to work on 8V punto + panda,
would like to be able to do resets of stored codes,

would be good if it could cancel "service codes" on a Pug 307 too..??,


please advise me of what I'm likely to be buying,

Fiat Ecu Scan and a laptop?

Pug is a different kettle of custard, though.

I'm guessing the Panda is recent, note that Mk1 Puntos are not OBD2 compliant.
