Technical ticking noise when starting the car..

Hello fiat members after i have replaced my new ecu and then tried to start the car, but then i hear a ticking noise from the engine bay? what would the problem be?

check this video out, i have tried many times to start and i think the battery is flat now?
i will try to jump start it later when my friend comes over

pst, i have also tried to replace the old ecu but its still same..

problem solved fault in battery have to replace it..
