Technical Throttle body location

Hello guys.
I have joined this site for information about my friends car.
He has a fiat doblo 2010 model1.9 multi jet the camper size model.
He bought as a project to go travelling around the UK.
His problem is it ides quite high and gives out a lot of smoke when driving.
Is this a throttle body issue or something else.
I have never worked on a fiat before and not sure we're the throttle body is to even look.
I have my suspicion but just want confirmation before I even attempt to try and fix it or at least try anyway.
Will a throttle body or egr clean fix this problem.

What colour smoke is it emitting when smoking? 160,000 could be worn injectors if never serviced

Egr valve could be stuck partially open,
Could be several things,
Scan tool to read live data would be great, compare desired boost to actual boost under load if actual is low you have boost leak, pipes intercooler egr valve are suspects

Think it's white smoke as only drove it once.
So a smoke test to find a evap leak or egr clean may fix the problem.
Got ti start somewhere anyway.

Ah white smoke is a different matter , I assumed black smoke

Can white smoke still be the throttle body open slightly with the revs on around 1200 to 1500 rpm.
Is it woth cleaning the throttle body and if so were is it located.
Pictures do have an advantage.
