Whats the best way to get the most performance from my bog standard no mods S plate 1999 HGT without going over board on the engine mods and still keeping reliability?

wheres the best place to get a new / used heated seat element for drivers seat?

also i need two front spots as the glasses are cracked?

apart from that its in good condition only 77000 on the clock genuine miles as i bought it from a friend, full servce history with a new cam belt at 70000.

i love it,it drives superb too and its pretty nippy too, could try harder hence the first question...
