Well, for all those who think high power black wheels are actually black, here's a couple of pictures to show you exactly what they do look like.
Before anyone says, they are not the HPB, I actually emailed the owner of the Civic to find out for sure because these are the wheels i was thinking of getting for myself some time ago. They are basically a shadow chrome finsh and look stunning IMO.
