....to clean my car!

Time to see if Superleggeras are as hard to clean as Nige says.

I hope you realise we will wan't some pics to prove it ;)

LOL! I decided it was about time I cleaned it when I noticed I could not see 'Supersprint' on the exhaust anymore.

And now its raining!

Good old rain, it always knows when the car needs to be washed and does it for you!

Take it to the jet wash!

I can't t-cut it in the rain! Its covered in tiny black splotches, too many motorway miles.

I did get the brasso out and cleaned the tailpipe though.

I was told to use t-cut on the zorst?

Of course you can t-cut in the rain, stop making excuses...:)

Fair enough...lol ;)

Just for your info, the air-con and recirculating buttons have now been done as have the heater controls.

The air-con and recirculating buttons both have LED's in them (1x5mm LED when on and 1x3mm LED when lit up in each). My aircon when on is now blue. ;)

Currently working on the strip switch. This also has 3mm and 5mm LED's, but trying to get 4 wires into each button is proving very difficult...:(

I have changed the LED's in the strip switch, so when i put on my front fogs, the light is blue and the rear fog is now red :)

I just like the personal touches ;)

Only problem is now, i am running out of telephone cable and LED's :(

Its rained, snowed and hailed on me so far!

The car has been compounded, TWICE, now needs polish.

I'm going to dry off for a bit.

Unfortunately taking the dirt off has revealed just how ****ed up my paintwork is, every panel has a scratch, mark or chip. The bonnet looks like its been used for target practice in Iraq.

Mine is the same :(

I even have two chips on the boot, which i think are starting to rust...

Daz

Well its polished but the mer won't dry so I can't buff it.... the bits I have done look nice.

I hate cars!
