the term "valver"

Well i always was thought it meant 16v as opposed to 8v esp with the vauxhall boys as the "valver" engine is usually refering to a 2.0 16v "redtop" engine thats been used in a conversion i.e. into a corsa!

good job im a renault nut at heart too :p

the term "valver" is used by the renault boys to describe the clio 16v and the 19 16v. williams are usually called "willys".

been a memeber of www.renaultsportsclub.com for years and years!

You not on cliosport dunc? Personally im a big clio fan. Was converted when i got my clio and it as massively ahead of my golf in terms of handling etc. im so considering a clio 197 as my next car. also considering a megane 225. will just have to see if the clio can remain the best hothatch when the cup version comes out as thats what im interested in. Started saving already.

Nah best place for that engine is in the front of a mini (a 2.0 Vtec type R is even more fun though)!
