How can I stop being such a lazy **** & lose some weight lol?

You've got to want to, if you don't you won't no matter what anyone says :p

Start simple, if you need to go to the shops just for a couple of things walk instead of taking the car. You don't need to hit the gym to get fit, just getting out and about on foot or on a bike is a great way to burn calories and help your circulatory and respiratory systems (y)

Ive managed to do it before easy but I slowly slipped out of it but I lost quite a bit of weight just by changing my diet and doing bugger all excise. Cheers yeah Im looking to get another bike as the bmx is to annoying to go on long rides on haha.

I started doing press-ups & sit-ups at home but I think I will start going to the gym as I have the time during the week (only because I work evenings) but I don't know how many times its worth going a week (twice maybe?) to make it worth while.

slimming world, you can eat loads and lose weight, be nice to all the fat girls there too because at the end they will all be fit girls ;)
Lol no thanks dave, Ive got a gf. Anyway they might turn all saggy :( lol
