How do I check a 12v device to see if it's drawing power when it's turned off?

well i think amps is way to go now
basically put it in line with the wire i think
vor volts find a switch / transistor for power flow and measure from that

this in your car?
just stop/turn off everything and put the voltmeter over the battery terminals
with no drain the volts reading should be static

I'd wait till Monday.. It may be the bank being slow in clearing it or something with it being the weekend. Tis unusual tho... Give it till monday and if its not in, go talk to your manager(s) and see what they say. It wont be the first time its happened
Please help in a bit of a pickle, In a coolant tank, which is seperate from the radiator, that has two pipes going to/from it, a large bore one at the bottom and a small bore one at the top, what is the small top one to be used for?
