Right I am downloading something (100% legal) and it has been sitting at about 2kb/s all day.

I changed the port in utorrent and it didnt change. I then set the bandwidth allocation to high and set the download limit to 750kb/s (it wa on unlimited)

The speed then went to the below which is mental TBH. I then started to download something else and it just dropped back to about 7kb/s.

WTF is up with this? why are the settings so crap in utorrent? does anyone else use any other software that works better?

i wanted to see what you were downloading.

if it aint porn, i dont care

checked your ports are open?
checked your router settings?

I done all the port forwarding the other month.

It seems you just F around with the settings and get different speeds :p

currently getting 300kb/s. doing 1.3GB in about 1.5 hours:D

download that prog and check if you havent though,more accurate than web based seemingly
when K said your load was pathetic i didnt know this is what she meant

i have that all the time usually compliation albums i change the artist to whatever its called and cd1 ,2 ,3 ect on the end and then make sure ever other option is the same on all the songs so like the genre ect

that works for me even though it is a pain in the arse
