Hi,

That's the code provided in my code card and when I put 5113 in it said incorrect.

Is it possible that this code can change? If not and there is only one code maybe the dealer stupidly swapped my code card with others? Can i double check somewhere? I saw some people said that these number is also show on the exterior of the radio itself. If so can you please suggest me where to look for it.

I calculated 5113 from your radio's serial number. If it's the same as the code on the code card, then it suggests that the code is correct.

Hi,

It's me again. I figured out that the dealer must swapped my code card with other people as today I demand them to take my radio out to see the actual serial number at the side of the radio. And it is different from what appeared in code card.

Could you please help me calculate again? Here is what appeared on the side of my radio.

Hope this time it works because my dealer in Thailand knows nothing and even talk about changing the whole radio if it doesn't work.

Pulled the CD/Radio out and there is the ode number neatly written on the top of the unit...... I despair sometimes. I tried to enter the code as in a ford unit and it does not work that way. What's the procedure, or could you point me to a post that explains????
