Not sure which numbers are the serial number.

Thanks for donating to the forum, but unfortunately I can't get codes for this (Harman?) radio.

The manual for the radio doesn't say anything about code entry, so perhaps the radio is locked to the VIN of the car it was originally fitted to.

Part number 28178666 is for a Delphi/Grundig radio, but serial number BP7354812990 is for a Blaupunkt radio. Which radio do you have?

If it's a Delphi/Grundig radio, I do not have the code for it.

If it's a Fiat Blaupunkt radio, I also need the 10 digit number ending with 316.

Thanks discovered after putting the original radio back that the VDO lot seem to be VIN coded ( i think ) so no need for key if its going back into the same van it came from
