Assuming you're in desktop (though this should also work in the mobile browser) - https://www.fiatforum.com/usercp.php - Scroll down until you see "Request Username". Enter your username and click the button, ben will check it's not offensive or anything and will change it as soon as he gets a chance

Hopefully Davren can get the code for your radio

I've just done as you suggest, but when I clicked on the "request username" link a page popped up bearing a box containing the text:

"Username Request Permissions: Your group does not have the necessary permissions required to request a username change."

Any ideas?
