I says "WAIT" because someone has tried entering a wrong code too many times. To clear the message you need to leave the radio and ignition switched on for upto 24 hours, depending on how many times a wrong code has been tried.

How do I get one of these codes? And how do I find the numbers I need to get the code?

You need to remove the radio and post all the number from the label(s) on the back of it. The serial number for the standard Punto radio will be stamped into the side of the radio.

You need to post the serial number (not a picture) which should be stamped into the side of the radio.
