Thanks for donating to the forum, but unfortunately, it is not possible to calculate codes for the Stilo Connect Nav units. They can only be obtained from Fiat or Magneti Marelli as follows:

If it's a new unit, a Fiat dealer can get the code using the registration number of the car it was originaly fitted to. I got one 4 years ago using this method for £15 (GBP) but prices vary according to dealer.

If it's a reconditioned unit, Fiat dealers can get the code from Magneti Marelli using a high definition photograph of the barcode label on the unit. Some dealers don't know they can do this (or don't want to) but there was a service bulletin issued several years ago explaining it. About 5 years ago, I got 2 using this method for £35 (GBP) each.

The only other way is to send the unit to Magneti Marelli in Italy, as explained in this e-mail that I received from them in 2009. The price is probably more than €145 (EUR) now.

Hi,

I have recently bought a Fiat Puto MK2b and today I took the radio out (didn't disconnect it) to sort out a rattle from my dash. Now its asking for a code? I have looked through all the documents that came with the car and there is no radio code

I have removed the radio and looked for any kind of serial numbers and can only see this BP-NR 7 642 374 316
