I managed to get some sea water in my stereo at the weekend which broke it completely (long story) i have since been able to purchase a similar stereo on ebay from someone who had replaced theirs but has since totalled the car so no longer has the unlock code for the one i have just bought.

I believe it is a Grundig F199 CD (made in 06 I think) with a serial number:
FA599261064432
7354162290

not sure if anyone could help and would be more than happy to donate to the forum if I can get a code for this. From all the other options i have tried it looks like the stereo is to new to be able to get the code from one of the online websites.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry... I don't have a calculator for Grundig radios. Most need to be decoded from the EPROM dump.

Hi read the posts and hope you can help me. Alternator went along with battery and now no radio code. Son driving me mad everytime we use the Multipla as it has no music. It is quite urgent as I am off to Cardiff on Friday night with my daughter for GB polo training and the radio helps on a long journey. Is this the code you need and do I donate before or after

WOW... all these radio codes to pacify teenagers. Don't teenagers have Ipod earphones and a phone permanently stuck to their ears nowadays?

Morning all i am having a serious problem in trying to get my ebay bought cd disc changer to work i have the code on the top of the unit 1315 but when i input it i have no clue which button to press to store it ? i have tried button 4 (5 rpt) in the manual but it just clears the data ?
