Last time I read the highway code it was not allowed for you to overtake on the zig-zag lines of a crossing, which you did twice during that video.
Remember, when making judgements on others that none of us are perfect.

the bike is not a motor vehicle
Two subsections with different prohibitions:
24 (2) (1) (a) No overtaking a moving motor vehicle on the approach
24 (2) (1) (b) No passing the waiting vehicle nearest the crossing - no mention of motor
I wasn't refering to the law, which states motor vehicle, I was talking about the highway code which has omitted the word motor from the text

I wish your camera had a swivel function so that we could see the face of the fat bloke on the bike and shame him like on Crimewatch.
The naughty side of me was hoping that somebody might have come across the lights and knocked him off. But then that would only have resulted in the road being closed for 2 days for "investigation work".

That's why there was music over it. My passenger at the time recognised the cyclist as a Borough Council worker. The clip has been forwarded to his colleagues for pub ammo' rather than formal complaint as I'm sure humiliation would have a greater reaction.

You've got him not stopping at the scene - despite the obvious 'bump'
You've caught up with him and now can clearly hear him having a go at you.
After exchanging insurance details do you...
A. drive away (angry?)
or
B. Reverse, slam your car into the back of his one more time then drive away with a cheery "goodbye" & a friendly wave ? :devil:
