@ Smee
You're probably right, you can get 260BHP out of Cooper S engine – costs £4K though from GTT!!!! Would probably go for the 210BHP mark first – which is effectively a John Cooper Works.

I'm in the North-West – Cheshire, about 10 mins from Manchetser airport.

@ Ian
Yeah you do the mileage don't you so it's not a good option for you…

I only work 12 miles away from my house so not too bad for me… Do a fair bit of home to Sheffield at the weekends but that's just gonna be fun driving through snakes pass in the mini!

Seriously considering putting another Quickshift filter on – will miss the sound!! :)

Take it easy mate – I'll stick around just as you have!!

@ Sven
Cheers Sven – I agree the Bravo is still a beautiful car – will hopefully see mine driving round quite a bit cos the buyer is local.

Cheers for the advice as well will keep an eye on them!

welcome

welcome to the BMW owners club

Well, theirs only me init I know of that have owned a bravo and gone to the even darker side that is BMW/Mini

I owned a bravo 1.8 hlx and moved onto my 130i

You'll get used to the power soon enough, but their is wheel spin to contend with which i hardly got with 113bhp, 265bhp is more skittish!!

Well, she is running about 300bhp now, but that is all about to change :D, i would say i will keep you posted but you aint on here anymore ;)

my e-mail is [email protected]... i had yours on my old e-mail but unfortuneatly dont have those addresses anymore.

Mine will be done around march time.

I think you could have got more but a quick sale is sometimes worth more then the hassel of trying to get that little bit more.

The mini is a nice car, i will let you know what my mate does (he is looking at going 210bhp) and let you know what he thinks :) he should be doing that over the next couple of months.
