Earlyer this afternoon i drove past a skip near my house and thought "How funny it would be if a car hit it"

Loan behold to my amusment "Have to stop the car im cracking up funny" I find this:

I'm so happy it was a Toyota Yaris i really hate those f*****g things, some old git driving one of those nearly killed me 2 yrs ago.

Technicaly, the driver of the crappy yaris can sue, as there is meant to be one light on every corner that is on the road side as well as warning triangles before the skip!! and at the most cones forcing traffic away from it, a friend hit one a while ago, the skip hire people said there were lights and a sign but kids must of stole them but as it states in the hire contract all maintenance of this skip is to be carried out by the company only, and the solicitor classed replacing lights and signs as maintenance!

It is a bit funny, I mean thay are fecking huge yellow things with reflectors on, the lights don't look like that they were turned on though.
I'd sue myself, I bet it was a myopic old git though.

obviously whats happened is the driver has realised how god awful the yaris is

and knew action to redesign it must be taken.looks much better now.the "designs by skip" method could become quite popular.

they can sue the owner of the skip as it has dirty reflectors and the light isnt even switched on plus there is no cone taper and there is only on light. the skip does not meet chapter 8 regulations
