might be ok with the non pas rack but not sure if it would upset the ecu with the extra turn or so.

Does the column need to know where 'centre' is, or does it work it out for itself?

it does not matter. the pas just feels torque that you put onto it(the wheel) and acts with that. ecu or column does not know anything other then pressure.

Physically fitted, now got the wiring to do.

Good news, is that when fitting the power supply I discovered a loose main power fitting on the cut out.

Also fitted a new cut out switch, just in case.

Started the wiring, and promptly stopped again.

Cable I have in stock is either too thick or too thin. Off to the shops on Tuesday.

Also need to visit the scrappies to get the tails to go with the Sei switches, and work that wiring out.

have fun wiring the switches. took me ages.
annoying thing is the fact after i got it all working I removed it and made file with cinq wire colours and pin numbers to make it work... and i cant now find the file

if you need it ill find it (should be on the back up drive somewhere)

oh and remember that the sei does not have that 3way light switch on the dash llike the cinq. its on the end of the stalk. the way its wired actually requires that the stalk switch its wired in... so no trying to save time/wiring by keeping the original cinq switch

Absolutely Amazing.

Went to scrappy, told the owner I was after the wiring we had discussed last week.

Found it, got it out the car. Also found a nice big inline fuse holder and a 40 amp fuse.

Went to pay........and...........he said it was 'alright'.

Never had that from a scrappy before!
