Just to say a big thanks to this forum as it gave me the advice I needed to change the following on my Mk1 Punto for its MOT:

Front shocker,
Front lower arm,
Rear trailing arm.

I'd just like to pass on a hint for anyone who has to change their front lower arm. After spending a whole day trying to undo one of the nuts that holds the rear mount which makes up part of the lower arm, I discovered that the bolt had corroded into the mount and this was the reason it wasn't turning. My solution was to cut the mount in half with an angle grinder, then I used a thor sized hammer to drift the remaining part of the mount anti-clockwise until the bolt came out.
