Terrible fiat design fault!

I can't believe it, after 4.5years of owning my Bravo its finally let me down! How could Fiat have let such an obvious design fault like this through to production?! Are they mad?

No-one in their right mind would expect such a fault on a 7 year old car, its only got 84k on the clock FFS!

I'll be writing a letter demanding compensation from Fiat over this one!!

And its been going so well lately too, typical Fiat.. Fix It Again Tom.

I'm never buying another fiat!

























Anyway, went to Halfords and £1.99 sorted me out a new set of brake light bulbs, just got to fit them

I'll go away now!

Why do fiat make what should be a simple job akin to something from the Krypton Factor?

Rear bulbs on the Teapot were a bloody nightmare!

Drivers side was a doddle, passenger side was not as my sub box was in the way.

Uno 2 rears are simple as anything, just pop the covers off.

it can't be more difficult than replacing the fog lamps on a punto
its supposed to be done by a fiat dealer.

Have any of you tried replacing your bravo fog light bulbs!?

I'd bought some new Ice blue bulbs for the dipped and fog lights.
Finally got around to installing them (or at least - attempting to) when I fitted my Viper. I'm sure there's an easier technique - of removing the bumper!! I had to resort to 'using the force' to guide me, and I never have bothered trying to change the second one!

And to top it all off, the first one I did manage to change (down the same side as the viper hosing) must have come loose in the last week cos the bloody things not working now! Arrrse.

And don't even think of suggesting it's as easy as taking out those two screws that are visible on the outside. They're there just to lure you into thinking it's straight forward!

The bumper is a whore to get out. I thought the fog lights snapped out easily?!

Not that I have fog lights, only ever had fog around here once so they are sorta useless. (unless I owned a bimmer)
