Temperature Gauge Problem !

I've got a 1.4sx Bravo and yesterday I noticed the temperature gauge doing wierd things !!

When you accelerate the gauge drops and when your foot comes of the accelerator the gauge goes up a bit !

Any clues what this could be ?

air in the engine

I just put 1.4 12v in a bravo, and this happen. Also it was over heating. You have air or a bit of water stopping the air going round the engine. So when you rev it gets pushed around.

On the top left and right of the engine, there are too values, if you removes these, turn the car on and pump the hose coming the raditor, with your hand, for above 5 mins, this will clear it and improve the performce back to normal.
