Styling Tape measures please

Im meshing the front bumper up off my seicento sporting. I need to get the mesh today but have left the bumper in the bodyshop and did not get the measurements of the hole:I
the mesh that i have seen looks smaller than the whole

anyone with the same bumper please give me a rough measurement of the hole, the bumper is of the bumper with the horizontal bars running across it.
